Surface broaching machine contains a tool attached to the ram, which forced in the straight path along the guide way past the work piece, the ram of surface broaching can move horizontal or vertically, this broaching machine is called a duplex broach, when the two rams are used this machine gives high rate of production as they provide continuous cutting, by the help of two cutting tools in broaching machine.
