Starter Motor and it’s working: Construction of starter motor is same as of D.C generator construction. 1. Body 2. Armature. 3. Commutator. 4. Field winding. Working of starter Motor: The motor working depends on the type of current or that provided to a battery. It is fixed on the side of the engine. The motor …
Battery Ignition System: Starting of vehicle is easy by using battery type. It can produce efficient sparking even at low speeds also. In this energy is obtained by battery. It occupies a large space and wiring is complicated.
Contact breaking for Ignition system: It is used to make and break the current. To produce a high voltage in the secondary windings, contact break is used to break the primary current in primary winding of the ignition system. Cam,lever, heel, spring and bush are the main components.
Cooling System Used In two-wheeler: Types of cooling system used in two-wheeler are as follows: 1. Air cooling. 2. Water cooling. 3. Steam cooling. 4. Liquid cooling. Air Cooling Cooling system used in two wheeler. Most of the two wheeler uses air …
Fuel Pump Servicing: 1. Fuel supply line should be cut off. 2. For removing the pump easily by opening the connecting bolts of the pump. 3. By blocking the exterior opening of the pump and plug them momentarily. By this it can washed fully in petrol. …
Anti-freeze Solution and Using Of Anti-Freeze Anti-freeze: This type of solution is added to water where it falls zero degrees. It used to lower the water freezing temperature below the freezing point to the normal water cooling. It will is ethylene glycerol added to water to protect from freezing.it gets in cheep and easily combine …
THERMOSTAT: Thermostat is used to maintain the internal temperature of engine to keep constant by using the water or air which used to circulate through radiator in the engine. And it is used to increase the engine efficiency. Thermostat
Thermosyphon or Thermosiphon cooling system Thermosyphon cooling system: Thermosyphon is a cooling device used to decrease the temperature of the engine and takes control over the heat increased by the engine. this cooling system works by circulating the water from radiator to cylinder and controls the heat generated in the cylinder. In thermosyphon cooling system engine …
Pressure Lubricant System In Pressure Lubricant System the oil is used to pump with the help of pressure. The lubrication is done under pressure. the oil from the storage tank is taken by the strainer and delivers it to oil gallery, through a filter. From the oil gallery the oil is pumped to different places …
Different elements of a surface texture Surface is the area where this portion of work area is divided by a boundary line when the work done by other surface area. Normal surface: it is the theoretical, imaginary perfect surface obtained by calculating the mean of peak and valleys on the surface. Actual surface: the surface …
